comp restarts

i had a probleim with that it ended up being my motherboards ide driver dam biostar to hell! but other then that is you comp over clocked at all because it may jsut be crashing.

how can you tell if a psu supports pcie?

If the PSU has a 24pin connector, it supports PCIE

dosnt look like this one does. no idea what its supposed to look like. guessing its the long connector. anything i can do?

can you the 20pin and teh small 4 pin together?

Yea you could. U can run PCIE mobos on 20 pin PSUs. I do. It just isnt as stable as a 24pin

I bet that just because your all excited about this, your new part won't fix the problem. things like that happen to me all the time, get a new computer part only for it to not work. happened for my X-530's, but after i bought a new sound card, they work like a charm.

its a new comp basically. except for the case. have to wait until next week to order it.

if it dosnt work now im just going to break my hd open and take the magnents to the rest of the comp
