You need to simply register with EA Member Account:
https://fefeeds.ea.com/reg/create-a...andconquer.com//my_profile/login/Default.aspx
Then once that's done... head to the CNC3 website:
EA Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars - Login
Then log-in with your master EA account username and password that you created.
Then create a CNC3 persona from the second link...
Launch game and play online.
