CoD4 Multiplayer Keeps Crashing!

My computer keeps crashing within about 10 min whenever I play CoD4 multiplayer and I have no idea why. It has low temps and the video card drivers are up to date. Anyone know what could possibly be causing this? It doesn't happen with any other game, only CoD4 Multiplayer. Maybe I have a bad mobo for gaming? I don't know..

How does it crash? I had some problems similar to that where it starts to stutter for a little bit, then stutters again, then finally crashes. I don't know if it was the new update or new nvidia drivers but I haven't had a crash since.

Yea mine stutters like that sometimes and then either just restarts, or blue screens and then restarts, or freeze, stutter, and restarts.

This is the bsod I get in the middle of playing cod4.
What should I do?
