Civilization 5

The minimum system requirments for civ 5 are a 1.8 gHz core 2 duo and a Nvida 7900GS/HD2600XT. While my processor meets the requirments (e5300 P.Dual core @2,6 gHz) my video card is well below the requirments according to:

How can i still run it at 1600x900 minimum quality (DX9) with 20 FPS (zoomed in at the map) in the beginning?

Well Below Minimum Requirements:
nVidia 9400GT, nVidia 9400M, nVidia ION
ATi Radeon 4350
ATi HD 2400 XT, ATi X1600 PRO
nVidia 6600, nVidia 6600GT, nVidia 7300GT
ATi 9700, ATi 9700 PRO, ATi 9800, ATi 9800 PRO
ATi Mobility 9800
nVidia 8400 GS
Intel GMA integrated graphics (that's what i got)

Because they always over state minumims. That way it will definately play nice at above average settings.

But don't worry, you'll fet choppy performance at somepoint.

My wife has been playing it on a 7600GS and it seems to run OK. I have a 8800GTX sitting here, waiting to go in her machine as soon as I get a PSU to power it.
