can my setup run crysis?

I just want to run the game, maybe high settings, i would like the resolution to be 1440x900 or lower. I will have the EVGA 8800GT 512mb in a day or 2, so here are my specs. Also, what is that G92 u guys are talking about with the 8800, does the evga have it?(in about 2-3months ill have quad core cpu, new mobo, new ram)

KN8 SLI
8800GT 512mb
AMD 64bit 3200+(2.09ghs)
2gb ram
ULTRA Xfinity 600w PSU

Yes it "can" play Crysis, probably on Medium settings, but the processor will be the main limmiting Factor.
Upgrade to a cheap Dual core and overclock it a bit, then you will be fine.

Consider getting a S939 Athlon X2 for super cheap as a temporary upgrade, I think you can get one for like $50-$80 now, good luck

yea you will be able to play it fine on medium. Get a dual core and you will be amazed the difference. You should be able to play on high then.

Theyre actually more expensive than am2 chips, heres one, its just a 3600+ but he can oc it a bit

im not gunna buy a new cpu for 939, rather buy whole new mobo setup

you would need new mobo,cpu and ram.
microcenter has good combo deals once in a while.
you should go with thse for a total of like 200 bucks.

e2180 with ds3l and adata(or gl.skill)
it will comeup to like 200-210 easily and then you can oc the e2180 easily to 3ghz and voila.....you got a pretty sweet rig.
