Can I MAYBE play GTAIV?

I just want to know if my system can MAYBE just maybe play GTAIV

Specs:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ @ 2.2GHz
1GB DDR400 RAM
Nvidia GeForce 8600GT
Windows XP Pro SP3

I just wanted to know if I could run it at all...

I'm gonna say probably not. The game has a minimum of a amdx2 at 2.4ghz and your only running single core at what 2.2.
At 1280x960 with whatever settings my computer will drop to high teens fps because of the cpu usage. So I don't see yours being able to handle any playable frame rate. Your probably need a faster cpu.

U might be able to run it. A friend of mine has a p4 2.9ghz and the same card and he runs d game. But with low resolution n low settings .

I dont think it would be worth it with such a low end system.

If you at least had a dual core, you would be much better off.

I think it would run on lowest, like absolute lowest, playable.
