Call of Duty Error

Ugh....every time I try and run Call of Duty it comes up with an error message. It's really strange because the game worked properly about 6 months ago. Anyone have any ideas of how to sort it? The link to the screenshot of the error is below.

I got same message on my old comp. Then i set it on fire and built another. on a side note......please tell me that isnt really ur backround
