Borderlands 2 dlc scaling in TVHM

How does the dlc scale in TVHM?

Through my use of google, I have found that the scaling for normal mode is:

Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty - levels 15 to 30.
Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage - levels 15 to 30.
Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt - levels 30 to 35.
Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep - levels 30 to 35

I have completed Tiny Tina and am now level 37. If I start TVHM, will they scale to whatever level I am, or is there a different set of level ranges the dlc scales to?

I forgot which is which... but there is technically 3 difficulties from what I understand.
I don't know which one True Vault Hunter Mode (TVHM) is, but I know there is an additonal Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode (UVHM). One of them has them at max level from the start maybe?

Normal is the 3rd and easiest. So to answer your question, they have their own unless your on the highest level one.
