blue screen in games

ok so i hav a comp and it ran games fine. i updated nvidia drivers the new newest 1 then 1 updated directx to 9.0c now wen i go 2 play a game after 1 or 2 seconds it just has the blue screen and then restarts.

Duron 800Mhz
nvidia 5200 128mb

Does your system restart only when trying to play games? Try to rollback the drivers and check with the game. [ quite possible ,its got something to do with DX9 ]
