blood elf armor

does anyone know if you can get the npc blood elf armor? like the kind that most BEs wear in the starting area. if anyone has a link to a place that says where to get it that would b nice, thanx in advance.

dosent show blood elf's tbh only possibily of being able to get that set is that the paladin r10 or13 set looks like that
