This is getting out of hand and they need abolish it as fast as possible. Blizzard, normally being a well business wise company is making a stupid stupid decision.

looks like everyone is prolly gonna convert over to wowhead.com lol. i dont even use the blizzard forums. i pay 15$ a month for a service wich is infact provided by blizzard. if i have problems i call or email them first before i ever go to the forums.

90% of the time anymore they give you directions to go to the forum, or to enter a help ticket on one of there pages that then directs you to the forum. -.-

Not that this doesn't leave room for them to re-implement this at a later date, but that's a pretty definite 'no.' It was clear they were going to take criticism, but the size of the backlash was impressive
