Bioshock problem

ahh ive found/tried many and cannot get one that works. half of them crash the game when activated and the other half just dont do anything. im just gunna play through on easy cuz its SUPER easy so far. I just want to know the story.

get the 1.1v patch, turn off VSync so the fps wont be all jumpy, and ur goog to go.
