BFME2 Proxy issue

I have a proxy filter, safesurf.pa.net, but it's blocking BFME2 online. I've tried everything I could to get it unblocked, but it just won't work. Is there any way to manually input the proxy at all? Some confusing code or something? Idk, but I'm pulling my hair out here (and I can't turn off the proxy)
