BFBC2 Graphics issues?

I just recently started playing this game again, and now I've got some problems...

Some of the graphics are missing (Water), not sure what all are missing, but definitely water for sure. I've reinstalled, I've checked the file integrity, etc.

I honestly did not look too hard for a solution, as I am drawing a blank on what I should be looking for.

Got it fixed. Was bad GPU drivers and enabled MSAA. Downgraded to 10.10e (Hotfix), and enabled GPU scaling. It would play fine on 1x with the newer driver, but who wants to max out BFBC2 just to have no AA?
