BF3 Framerate

I would like to know if this would be a normal framerate for my system. Im getting around 40FPS
My resolution is 5760x1080
All Texture, terrain and mesh settings Medium
Antialising, ambient occlusion, and Anti Tropic are off or at lowest possible

My system include a i7 950, Dual 6870, 850w PSU, Sabertooth X58, 6GB of RAM, all components are at stock.

I understand that my resolution is very high, but it still seems like I should have a higher frame rate. All drivers are updated

Sounds right to me. Those are mid range cards, not high end cards. You are asking them to do a lot. Three 1080 monitors is a lot of pixels to populate.

That's 6,220,800 pixels. You have 2.5-3 times the video processing power of me (roughly).

I'm using 1440 x 900 and playing most games on high with around 40fps with a 6850 that is 70-90% as powerful as a 6870.
That's 1,296,000 pixels.

40FPS at 5760x1080 with dual 6870s seems right to me.
