Best settings for MMOFPS?

So recently, with a couple of weeks off from school, i've started to play Combat Arms again. (Combat Arms - Online FPS Action)
Because it is not very demanding, I get pretty high fps on almost any settings.

So for you experts out there, what is the best settings to play it at?

Will lower resolutions be better so enemies are bigger? Or higher res for distant targets.
Same for brightness, gamma, etc.

Well for CSS i used to be sad and play at high res with low settings to sustain 300fps+ i swore to death i could not play if it was lower than 300fps.

But that was me being retarded and before my concept of physics and maths told me it made little difference concidering the refresh rate of monitors and eyes ability to perceive things.

Just play at the highest settings you can until it's smooth.

About the only thing i do now is turn grass down so i can see hiding enemies and brightness way up so they can't hide in the dark.

Up the brightness a little. That's all I do. I played Combat Arms for a while, but quit do to the cheating ****s on there.
