Tribes 1.

It launched the platform for Tribes 2, BF, and other big player games.

Hmm, 2nd in line, Doom 1, Duke Nukem, just cuz those are the 1st games i and most people played.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Neverwinter Nights, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein are all great games. The original Half-life and Wolfenstein are my favorites of the older games. A great adventure game that is rare today is Lighthouse: The Dark Being.
