Best FPS Game?

quake 4 owns now that there 1.3 patch came out..

Also have to agree with truebe.. cs 1.6 "was the game I loved to play"

In my opinion.. 1.6>source.

Well, for multiplayer it has to be Red Faction. My friend and I play that all the time. But for singleplayer it has to be Prey. That game is so sweet. It's hard to judge FPS games because their so great. I just game with my friend just about everyday.

i like day of defeat:source. ww2 games always keep me playing, even though they are all the same, i like this one a lot. basically all the counter strikes, and bf2, before all the crashes. lately, i havent played it, maybe once in the last month.

red faction...one of the most over hyped games for a console and the pc conversion was very poor. Fully destructable indeed!

why has no one mentioned condemned.. that game was just terrifying!!!! best surround sound i've ever had in a game...

but other than that.. my favorite online gameplay would have to be cs:s

FEAR was as boring as Doom 3, it was so predictable. I got bored very very fast. Finished it, good graphics and physics, other than that, completely linear and boring gameplay.
