Ouch I hate that, the same thing happened to me a while back with A CD. I wish I could help, i'm not good with the PC files and such.

hmmmm, not too hard. Basically, just do a search on the cd for that file then send it through e-mail. I work for Geek Squad, so I know it can be frustrating at times Good news though is your not alone, lots of others feel the same way! Thanks anyway man!

Usually retailers will let you exchange the title for the same one if you have all the contents and a receipt, since it was defective (no one has to know that YOU scratched it...). Generally the return policy is 30 days, may as well give that a try.
