*.2mg files

Ok so I have been looking for a working copy of Kings Quest 3. Just to say I have one. And I finaly found one I think. After download though it put the 2 disks in .2mg file type. Anyone know what these are and how to access them, or what program I need to make them function.

Maybe you might want to try Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%

Nah, its not a CD. They are floppy disks. I just can't open em. Daemon tools doesnt recoginze the file type. Anyone else got any ideas.

Try KEGS, Bernie ][ the Rescue, XGS, or any other Apple IIgs Emulator. That's what a .2mg file is; an AIIgs disk image.

(You will need a working ROM from an Apple IIgs to get any of these emulators working. Note that it's not legal, unless you have an Apple IIgs.)
