Theres no reason not to go for a low one, I have a Hyundai l72s, 8 ms response time 700:1 contrast ratio. Excellent for games, no ghosting.

Be wary of response times, they are not all true. Some will claim a 4 ms response time but that is only from a certain shade of grey to another shade. Other colors can take up to 30 ms to change.

I have a 16ms ans its ok, however, there is motion blur in games. Aim for 12ms or below, unless you just can't afford it.

no CRT........they are sending the 19", with a 20ms response time. They claim it is the best they sell, and is for games.




they will be getting it back again, I tried to tell them a 20ms is not fast enough

I have the 2005FPW, it is an amazing monitor. No ghosting at all with a 12ms response time.
