Default NewEgg gets into the textbook business

Newegg.com Marketplace - College Textbooks, School Textbooks, Used Textbooks

According to NewEgg's ad page, textbooks are up to 90% off (YMMV).

I am sure this may be great news for college students. I know that textbooks are stupidly expensive due to my time in college, and the fact that you will only use this book for a single class just adds insult to the injury already suffered by your wallet.

I plan on checking it out to find a book or three for some certs and will be using the Egg when I get the chance to go back to college... someday.

Will definitely check this out when I get home. Been putting off getting books for classes to see which ones I actually need (some classes say they "require" the book, but the instructor doesn't even use them...). HOpefully they have at least a few of them that I need .

Also, love their banner... "Textbooks 101: Never pay retail"

The only bigger scam than college textbooks is movie theater popcorn.
