Recently, I bought an RCA video component to VGA connection and tried to hook up my Xbox 360, to a computer monitor. After turning the computer monitor on, and the Xbox, the computer says that it does not detect a display. I made sure that the computer was also set to VGA input. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

Use the official Microsoft VGA A/V cable.
