Valve Hammer Editor

Sooo Im a novice at the Valve Hammer, but i can build perfictly... I just have no clue about brushes and programming....

So im having a problem with running the level, its says
"Mod_loadbrushmodel: maps/newhouse.bsp has wrong version number (571084155 should be 30)"
any help?
