Problems with frequent FPS drops in games

Ok I got the new PSU (500W) and no change. Done a format and installed all drivers possible. Got kaspersky antivirus (tried with and without it), still fps drops on any game I play... Any other ideas?

did you try playing on the lowest settings?

could be just bad hardware or something.
Do you stil have a warranty?
