I know I know it's not really possible who will win our lose based on the awesome story. But just based on abilities and raw power who would win based on a 1 on 1 battle to the death, without the link of the soul reaver between them. And yes both of them can use the soul reaver.

My vote is to Kain just because the more experience he has in combat over Raziel over all that time.
