Insange graphic lag (i think )

I dont know if this is in the right section if not feel free to moove it =]

Basicly i play 2 games Counter strike source and world of warcraft and in counterstrike when i goto shoot someone or get close to someone it lags *** in jumpy its not latency based and it feels alot different

and the same in world of warcraft when i am in a 25 man raid its so bad i cant cast and my fps drops to about 3 fps but when i firts login i get close to 85 fpd (its the same settings maxxed or settings min )

now for the rig

Windows 7 untimate
intel pentium d proccessor 2 cpu @ 3.0 gh/z
4096 ddr2 ram
ati raedeon hd 4800 1gb
generic PnP monitor
sata hdd

now i cant for the life of me tell whats going wrong it was the same with my 8800 card this is why i changed to the raideon one if somon can shed some light i would be most appreciative

It honestly sounds like latency issues. What is the latency between you and the servers? It could also be the Pentium D. That's a low end dual core, plus not very good dual cores, from what I have heard. It's definitely not the GPU, as I have a 4870, and can max out WoW, even though mu CPU isn't even near high end.

Maybe it's just your memory? Try and clear up files you don't need on your PC, it worked for me.
