Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - Good? Bad? Worth buying?

lol, is the multiplayer one of those split screen things ?

Good on you for buying it!!! The game is awesome, I have finished it already and love cruising around in my hydra (harrier jump jet)... The story was cool, i really got into it and the game is so huge and varied!

I mean you can:

bet on horse racing,
graffiti walls
Fly planes/helicopters
gamble in casinos (blackjack, roulette, videopoker, slot machines, wheel of fortune)
Work out in the gym
buy new clothes/haircuts/tattoos
eat (and get fat if you want)
Drive boats/gokarts/hovercrafts/cars
use a jetpack
ride bikes
parachute from planes and base jump off some buildings
play a dance game (you know like those ones they sell seperatly where you push buttons to the music)
play pool (in 3d) like the virtual pool games you can buy
swim and dive underwater
ride cop bikes
have gangs
go on dates
drive trains

...and thats just a short list of things... this game is fantastic.

I love my PS2, yes i admit the PC version will have better graphics, but it isnt out until June 7, 2005 on pc and xbox.... and considering i have already finished it, there is no way i could have waited till then.. plus GTA has to be played with a controller not a keyboard... its all about flowing through the gameplay. I had GTA 1, 2 & 3 on
PC but Vice City and San Andreas I have on ps2 coz they came out on that first (and i am impatient) and i like the way the games controll on the ps2!

Anyway if anyone with a ps2 is considering buying this... then do!!! I got mine delivered the day it came out for £10 off retail by buying online!

No its a single screen and you can't get to far from each other.

I think Player 1 gets control of the camera. Unless you are playing pool or something like that.

After a weekend of experimentation I found out that while driving the passenger gets control of the camera. I caused a few crashes while looking around and not warning the driver.
