STEP changes the game visually to a whole other level. It's the very first mod on the Overhaul page on Nexus. It is a huge and fully tested compilation of mods and if you need to completely redo your install with STEP it can take hours.

Okay, I think I have heard of that... and skipped it over because my system can just barely run it on Ultra, and I'm not willing to take it down to run graphics mods.

I'm hoping by not playing it on PC until I upgrade, I'll appreciate it with all the graphics mods.

Even lower end cards can take advantage of HD mods. It just depends on how far you go with it. Just look it up and give their guide a look over. THey have HQ and LQ options for certain mods.
