Is combing considered multi billion dollar industry?

Need to know for a school project about computers and I also need to know kind of soon. PS, this is a huge part of my grade so please help me, I NEED to pass!

BTW, anyone know any interesting information about computers, either early computers(1940s) or new age modern ones.
