Nah dubstep peaked in 2011/2012 and has fizzled out throughout 2013. Not saying it won't continue to be popular within its own channels but it won't be as widespread and popular. It's kind of like when you and your friends have slang words then you hear a news reporter, politician and your parents saying it. Just isn't cool anymore. Only times I see dubstep used in mainstream these days are commercials, tv show openings and in a few games. I think between Taylor Swift doing it in late 2012 and Skrillex sucking so much helped it die.
