VPN session limitation

hi i have ProSafe Gigabit Quad WAN
SSL VPN Firewall SRX5308 - and then one user conect to vpn is shows that he is coneccted in the router. but then he is disconect vpn connection on his PC the VPN connection is still exist in the router. so next time he try to connect to vpn again he have 2 sessions on router and is cause working problems.
any ideas thats wrong guys

Reinstall the VPN client on the workstation. If that doesn't help see how that user is disconnecting compared to other users - seems like the session is terminating unexpectedly on the server side.
