Windows Server 2012 R2 - Feature discontinued

Quick question I hope, I just realized that server 2012 R2 does not support share and storage management!

It informs me to use server manager to manage the shares, but what I cant find out what to do is monitor open sessions on folders/ files etc..

Really pi##ing me off trying to figure out what im missing, so can someone tell me what I can use to manage this?

Also DHCP is not included in RSAT Windows 10, does anyone know if this is going to be updated, or do we need to run PS to config from now on?

Yeah, however why have they not included DHCP tool in RSAT for windows 10? ... I tried a workaround to add it but did not work..

DHCP Tools. Dhcpmgmt.msc is not available in this release of RSAT, but equivalent Windows PowerShell cmdlets are available.

Yeah I know cmlet is what they suggested(this was the first article i read), but it much longer to use... o well.. ill just remote into the DHCP server when needed..

Yeah. I'll keep my ear to the ground on any other shortcuts from my buddies and let you know if I come up with anything more useful.
