sonic wall spam filter emails not being delievered

- A client of mine has a server hosting exchange. Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 sp2. There is 1 particular user that is having issues recieving random emails, there is no rhyme or reason to it. The emails are marked ok by the spam filter and pass with no problem. 1 example, somone outside the network emailed client A, and cc'd client B. Client A got the email with no issue where as Client B never recieved it, Client A then forwarded the email to Client B and Client B recieved it. Client A and Client B are both on the same domain. After talking to sonic wall tech support, we checked the logs and everything is being delievered with no problem. As far as the exchange side goes, I checked in Service Manager and the ques are fine. Any ideas?
