I am looking for a software that is capable of having multiple users monitor and edit the same document or interface within a network or shared workspace. A discussion like interface would also be an ideal application as it would allow multiple users to see current developments within the inventory we are trying to monitor and modify when necessary. Microsoft Groove seems to be pretty limited in that capability, and I was hoping someone would have a good (and ideally inexpensive) alternative.
