New corporate network

Hi all.

This is my first post on hear so hello! I'm looking for a little bit of advice.

I work for a company that is has its Ict provision supplied by a third party (on organization we used to be apart of). We now need to formally split from them and set up our own network infrastructure (not a small task any day). My job will be to put this work out to competitive tender but in order to do this, I need to know what we want or need.

Here's a little detail

We operate 32 locations within a 10 mile radius
Use VoIP
Email
Website
File storage
Some sites have a leased line to main offices and some are VPN
We use VPN user access via rsa tokens
Have 5 servers running a system that include internal web services and SQL databases as well as 2 terminal servers (all of which will need to migrate)

What I'm looking for is a little detail on what our first steps should or would be when we do migrate and how this transition can take place, as we would need to keep our sites operational through this change.
