I'm looking for some group planning calendar software for the various departments of a mid sized company. I thought this is probably specific enough to start a new thread.
Essential Features
- Outlook syncing (everyone here uses outlook)
- day, week, month and ANNUAL view
- Web based (we would like to put it onto our intranet)
- Extensive colour coding/ overlaying multiple calendars
- Sharing/Variable accesses
Possibles Features
- Rolling calendar* doesnt just cut off at Dec
- Mobile Reminders
- Email Notifications
- Printing
Any help would be great. My thought at the moment was either better coordinating our Outlook calendars or just using the basic calendar for our intranet.
Neither option is ideal so I thought I would check if anyone knew of anything out there.
