Group Calendar Software

Hey guys

I'm looking for some group planning calendar software for the various departments of a mid sized company. I thought this is probably specific enough to start a new thread.

Essential Features
- Outlook syncing (everyone here uses outlook)
- day, week, month and ANNUAL view
- Web based (we would like to put it onto our intranet)
- Extensive colour coding/ overlaying multiple calendars
- Sharing/Variable accesses

Possibles Features
- Rolling calendar* doesnt just cut off at Dec
- Mobile Reminders
- Email Notifications
- Printing

Any help would be great. My thought at the moment was either better coordinating our Outlook calendars or just using the basic calendar for our intranet.

Neither option is ideal so I thought I would check if anyone knew of anything out there.

may sound silly but it almost sounds like you just want something like a shared google calendar

I know there is a way to have outlook get calendar data from a server. Can't remember exactly how though.

We just create non-personal AD accounts and use them as shared calendars with delegated rights.

thanks for the responses guys. looked at google calendar but wouldnt everyone need to create google accounts then? i think it could be an option to display on the intranet tho.

however like you guys were suggesting i spoke to an IT guy and he agreed the best way was to coordinate shared calendars on outlook and then (like xerolen said i believe) we can sync the outlook data onto the intranet calendar.
