Default pCloud Transfer review

Recently, I had to send some sensitive files to my employer over the web. I wanted them to be safely transferred, without unnecessary people seeing thiem, so I started searching for services that encrypt and send your data. In the end, I came upon this service called pCloud Transfer and I thought that I can do a quick review.

The service is really simple and easy to use. You just have to enter your recipient and your email address, a password for the encryption and files to send. They will be encrypted and you'll receive an email about the successful transfer. Another notification email will arrive in your inbox, when your recipient has seen the shared data. I've used pCloud Transfer a couple of times and it's never been slow or not working. Best part is that it's a free service and I didn't have to register for anything.

forgot the link, op. --> https://transfer.pcloud.com/

I can't find what encryption is used anywhere on their site. They mention TLS/SSL but I assume that's for the HTTP connection.

Kinda cool they have a api too; see link below. Really cool that no registration is required.
