It's illegial if they have done that on purpose, if the truck does that from the factory, then theres not much that can done, it's the trucks that have tail pipes pointed right where cars are. If you are rolling black suit every where, and not driving, just to blow it all over other cars, it's called careless driving as a driver cant see through that smoke, it happens a lot at intersections and since I called the police and pointed it out to them what was going on, a lot of rednecks stopped doing that, if the stack points up from the truck bed and they are driving but a bit of smoke comes out, then it's w/em but when a truck is blasting cars with the stuff at an intersection on purpose, that's when it becomes dangerous, and ****es other drivers off.
