So I swallowed my own words and decided to try it out. The Mac4Lin theme is pretty solid. The one thing I do recommend to users though is that they consider trying out Cairo Dock instead of the AWN dock that comes with the package. AWN is very nice, but they tend to have issues with dual screens, and it pushed my dock to my 2nd monitor and I couldn't force it over. I did not have this problem with Cairo Dock, and Cairo Dock seems to have a lot more options anyway.

Cairo Dock is available in the repositories (synaptic) but if you want the newest version (2.0) I suggest googling for the deb package. Make sure you get the plugins too!
