(I currently have no signature as mandated by the forum rules. Please be aware that I have Asperger's so sometimes I may ask something that sounds really obvious or I may not understand the root answer you give to a question because of how it is worded )
Recently I've found something bothering me a lot, in that for no discernible reason, opening new Youtube tabs to previously viewed videos, they appear to be opening with random volumes - some of them are set very low, some are set neutral, and only some are at the full volume I always use.
Confounding this is that if I try clicking on new videos, again - the volume is at a scatter. My volume options within the taskbar are constant, so I am at a loss as to why this is happening. Any help?
