windvd6 wont play from folder - help

Windvd 6 will not play a movie from folder, I can hear sound but there is no picture. It will play a dvd disc from the dvd drive.
This seems to have started after I installed my new microsoft webcam.

Any idea's? any help will be greatly apreciated.

Missing a codec. Download this http://www.free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=3507&s=95

That should take care of the problem.
