windows equalizer

anyone know of a program that will let me control the sounds coming out of the computer? not the media player im using equalizer but like a seperate equalizer for any sound coming out of the computer apart from the media player too.

If you have an Audigy/Live!/X-Fi/really fancy onboard sound you can go into the equalizer for the drivers. Just load up the audio console for it.
