why video is upside down?

I took this video,my cam is by default "landscape" therefore I can't view it in a portrait, however I have adjusted(ROTATION) in WIN MEDIA then I replay it in Win media,it's fine but when I posted in the following video site,

why it's not portrait and it's upside down!
