Where to buy decoders / receivers?

Recently, I bought a Logitech X620 6.1 speaker and I want to add a decoder /receiver for it. I cant find it in BestBuy or Futureshop.
Please help me out!

NOTE* I'm looking a retail store in Canada which sells decoders / receivers

So you want somthing that controls the system from thats hardware. Instead of software...? I would just get a program that completely controls everything digitally. These are very easy to find.
