What Program Burns DVD's?

I have an HP Windows XP, and I don't know what to use to burn DVD'S. I don't even really know which kind, +R or -R. I more need a program though, becase I have tried many programs, but they only let me hold like 20 minutes of video.

Never heard of that one. Is it expensive? Ussually expensive means good.

use it with nero to burn the dvd as dvd shrink borrows nero's burning engine
