Webcam Timer?

I'm looking for a good program that will allow me to use my webcam as a surveillance camera without other people in my house to know. I need to record what's going on while I'm not home, but I have a very limited budget and can't afford a "hidden camera." However, while I'm away, other people use my computer from time to time, and I don't want them to know that the webcam is actually recording. Is there such a program available, and if so, where can I locate it?
