I'm not sure if anyone here is familiar with the program "Voice Studio." I bought a Panasonic RR-US360 a couple of years ago, and this is the program that came without.
The problem is that I've only been able to access audio files that I recorded on my recorder through the program that came with it. Basically, I plug in the recorder into the USB, and transfer the files from the recorder to folders that are only accessible through this program "Voice Studio." However, I do not know how to access these folders from outside of the program (i.e. by simply opening the C drive, etc...).
To make matters worse, I can't copy the files whatsoever from these special folders, or send them by email.
If anyone has any suggestions about how to circumvent this problem, it'd be very greatly appreciated.
