videos wont play but the sound will

but all videos except you tube , wont play but the sound will . I have windows 7 , IE . shockwave , java is installed , is there anything else I can do . thank you ...

Can you link to an example of a video that you're not able to watch?

Try updating Adobe Flash to the latest version

I cant watch videos on FB or I cant send e greetings cause I cant see the card playing .. But You tube is fine.. I do have all those programs you suggested installed.

ok now when I go to say JC pENNY AND click on the left as the column of clothes and I want to pick sweaters and I click in it they disappear as seen here

Even though you have them they might still be out of date. Are you sure they're all up-to-date?

Try a different browser and see if the videos work in that. Try this:
