I was wondering how to download youtube videos? Also, i have a few .AVI movies and was wondering how to convert those to a format useable on my ipod?

To download youtube videos you will need Firefox and their extensions. There are several that allow for this to be done. But most of them will be in .flv format which you will then have to google on how to convert them to something useful.

Right on, thanks for the tip i got it! anyone know a prog to convert FLV to something useful? Also, what format is needed for ipod?

i use SUPER to convert from flv.

ipod takes MP4 extention.
the best converter ive found for iPod is Videora

nero has the best ipod converter. it will a convert a high quality video to a high quality mp4
